Enjoy a comfortable stay in our cozy hotel located in the heart of Korpo. Some rooms even have a view to a tranquil paddock! All have en-suite facilities. Breakfast is included. The hotel is open all year round!
About Hjalmar’s
Hjalmars is a cozy restaurant & pub in the idyllic archipelago of Turku (Åbo), on an island called Korppoo (Korpo). We serve good food in a friendly atmosphere. Our menu consists of fish, steaks and salads made of locally produced goods and on top of that we make pizzas and hamburgers to complete our menu. Special dietary requirements are taken into account.
Lunch is served during weekdays. During the weekends we always offer delicious recommendation meals in addition to the à la carte list. Our restaurant is known for its broad selection of wines, beers and ciders.

How do you find us?
Restaurant Hjalmar´s is situated on Korppoo (Korpo) island, which nowadays is a part of the town of Parainen.
By highway the distance between Turku and Korpo is 82 km and the journey includes two ferry crossings; from Pargas (Parainen) to Nagu (Nauvo) it takes approx. 10 min and from Nagu to Korpo 5 min.
The ferries depart every 15 - 30 min, you can find specific information about the ferries operating times on Finferries site.
The journey from Helsinki to Korpo is around 250 km.
